OVERVIEW of the PROGRAMMES FOR THE EARLY YEARS at WEE CARE

As the pioneer Early Years Centre in Singapore, Wee Care provides a range of programmes for Infant Development, Early Childhood Education, as well as Early Intervention and Rehabilitation.

ADMISSION INFORMATION

In general, admission for all programmes is offered at the beginning of each term. There are four terms to Wee Care's school year and they usually start in the months of January (10 weeks), March (12 weeks), July (10 weeks) and September (12 weeks).

Children seeking admission into the "Bright Starts" Programme are encouraged to complete one of the following courses as a primer prior to admission:

  • One term of Parent-Toddler PlayGroup sessions prior to the start of the next
    Bright Starts term
  • One Holiday Programme prior to the start of the next Bright Starts term
  • One Primer Programme prior to the start of the next Bright Starts term

The primers will help the children to get to know the Educators, the school routine and the general environment of the Centre, with their parents at their side. This will help to minimise Separation Anxiety when the term commences.

Mid-term admissions are offered when there are vacancies, while such admissions into the
"Bright Starts" Programme will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Admissions into any of our Early Intervention Programmes must be done through a consultation at either Centre. An appointment for consultation can be made through the respective Administrator at each Centre.
