Parent / Student Services - Terms and Conditions of Placement

PROGRAMME FEES, REPLACEMENT SESSIONS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

  1. Programme Fees are paid in a lump sum at the start of each 10-week or 12-week term. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. The Centre is closed during Public Holidays. No replacements will be given for classes falling on Public Holidays.

 

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SCHOOL

Standard Withdrawal

  1. Your child must be attending classes in the current term before he/she is eligible for withdrawal.
  2. The Withdrawal Form must be submitted to the School Administrator by the end of Week 6 of the current term.
  3. Your deposit will be refunded in full by the commencement of the new term.

Late Withdrawal

  1. Your child must be attending classes in the current term before he/she is eligible for withdrawal.
  2. The Withdrawal Form is submitted to the School Administrator after Week 6 of the current term and before the commencement of the new term.
  3. Your Withdrawal will be considered as falling within the next available term, and your deposit will be refunded to you at the end of this later term.

Forfeiture of Deposit

  1. Your deposit will be forfeited if your child has stopped attending classes without notice or if our reasonable attempts to contact you have failed or both.

Withdrawal Forms

  1. These may be obtained from the School Administrator at +65-6836-1450 (Devonshire Road Branch) or +65-62277-162 (Everton Park Branch).
